Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, without any signs of installation or mechanical damage, and in its original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us contact us within 48 hours of reception if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to safety and chemical compliance regulations.

(a) For Agricultural Products (Fertilizers): We strictly do not accept returns for any liquid or solid fertilizers if the original manufacturer's seal, bottle cap, or protective packaging has been opened, broken, or tampered with. Open chemical products cannot be resold or transported due to safety regulations.
(b) For Automotive Parts: Items with signs of installation, assembly attempts, grease marks, or missing original technical labels/stickers are not eligible for return.

We do not accept returns on special custom factory orders, sale items, or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the order is being shipped into the European Union, retail consumers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with original seals intact, and in its original packaging. Please note that the 14-day cooling off period applies strictly to B2C retail consumers and does not extend to commercial B2B wholesale transactions managed via individual contracts. Business customers placing orders without a formal commercial agreement may be treated as retail consumers at our discretion.

We may request photos to assess the condition of returned items. Providing photos helps us process your refund faster.

Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you must return the item(s) within 14 days. Items must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of installation, mechanical damage, or tampering. Please note that for fertilizers, products with broken or opened manufacturer seals cannot be returned due to safety and chemical compliance regulations.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 14 calendar days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@fedeso.com.


Cancellation before shipment:
You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped.  
If you have an account, you can submit a cancellation request directly from your order page. Guest customers should contact us immediately at info@fedeso.com.
We process requests as quickly as possible during business hours.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — the standard 14-day return policy applies.
