Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship domestically across Poland and provide international delivery within the European Union.
- Domestic (Poland):
zł 9.00 for orders up to 5 kg, zł 15.00 for orders up to 15 kg.
- International delivery (other EU countries):
zł 18.00 for orders up to 5 kg, zł 48.00 for orders up to 25 kg.
B2B clients operating under a formal commercial agreement are subject to individually negotiated freight rates and delivery terms as specified in their contract.
Estimated Delivery Times
(a) Domestic (Poland): 2–4 business days via local couriers (DPD, DHL, InPost Paczkomaty).
(b) International delivery (other EU countries): 5–7 business days depending on the destination country.
(с) Contract B2B freight: delivery timelines are defined individually per commercial agreement.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please inspect the package upon reception, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours at info@fedeso.com. For bulk B2B fertilizer shipments, an official logistics inspection report must be provided.

Restrictions & Bulk Orders
All our agricultural products strictly comply with the EU 2019/1009 and GPSR regulations. Certain heavy volume products are subject to freight transport restrictions and are shipped strictly on pallets. For large volume B2B orders or self-pickup options (EXW) from our Polish warehouse, please contact our development team directly at info@fedeso.com.
Contract B2B clients with an active commercial agreement may request custom logistics arrangements, including EXW pickup, palletized freight, or scheduled recurring deliveries. Please contact info@fedeso.com to discuss your requirements.
