(b) B2B Clients: Commercial entities, agricultural farms, and wholesale clients can initiate corporate procurement requests by contacting us directly via email: info@fedeso.com or through our contact form on the FEDESO-store. Commercial B2B wholesale transactions are managed via individual contracts or manual draft invoices and are strictly exempt from standard consumer 14-day cooling-off periods. Business customers placing orders without a formal commercial agreement may be treated as retail consumers at our discretion.
(a) Incorrect installation or mechanical misuse of automotive components.
(b) Improper storage, handling, or field application of agricultural fertilizers that deviates from the official instructions provided on product labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
(c) In all circumstances, our maximum financial liability under these Terms shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order under dispute.
Governing Law: These Terms of Service and any commercial agreements shall be governed strictly by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Hong Kong (Cap. 622). All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR. Nothing in these Terms limits or restricts the mandatory statutory rights of European Union retail consumers under their applicable local national consumer protection laws.
EU Disputes: Following the discontinuation of the EU ODR platform (Regulation EU 2024/3228), retail consumers may locate certified out-of-court dispute resolution bodies via the official European Commission repository at: europa.eu. We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not commit to doing so.
